醬油 1大匙
醋(白醋,烏醋皆可) 1大匙

步驟
1.將豬梅花肉川燙,盛盤備用
2.另外準備一個碗,將醬油,醋,花生醬,蒜末倒入碗中攪拌均勻
3.將攪拌均勻的醬料淋在豬肉上
4 .依照喜好灑上花生碎,香菜,辣椒
